Omelette Cafe in Richmond Hill

I came here for breakfast early on a Tuesday morning when I was on vacation in Georgia. We ordered the large grits with grilled shrimp and hash brown deluxe with grilled shrimp. The portions were very large and there was a lot of shrimp. The food was tasty and the service was fast. Also, the coffee has unlimited refills which is not bad since it's only $1.75 a cup. The prices are decent and the place is clean. I would come back here if I'm ever back in Georgia.

I walked in self seat. I thought it was going to be a long time to be greeted. Nope, as soon as i sat down i was greeted. The place was packed it rook less than 5 mins for my food. P.s flouder and grits are the best. Great service, fast and a lovely staff.

This Fri 3rd was a good one did not have to ask for refill on coffee.

Good food & fast service, AC cranking. Hash browns w grilled chicken, I'd order again. Sucked no non-dairy creamer so no coffee for me.

Waiters or waitress don't check on you enough see if you need anything, I've almost had to get up and get my own coffee.

This is one place where it is easy to eat Paleo! Great food and great service. I eat here at least once a week and have never been disappointed ❤

I really like the selection. Their eggs for excellent. I did feel that the grits or rather Bland and unfavorable though overall Ambiance and customer service was also very good

My husband and I were here from Rock Hill SC looking for a good breakfast spot from our over night stay and this popped up. We were truly satisfied with the food(YUMMY), the staff and the fact that they are sticking to the social distancing guidelines!!. I Highly recommend this restaurant and whenever we're in the area again, we will definitely stop in!

Our food was delicious! I loved the house omelet and waffle. The grits are creamy and smooth! Loved it!

If you like unseasoned, bland, and/or eggs from a box/carton THIS IS the place for you! First time eating here and... NEVER AGAIN. Extremely disappointed, gross and a waste of money. Everything was unflavorful and cold

I ordered from uber eats, Food was cold when it got here. The Steak and eggs was not steak, it was ground beef flattened out. It was not good. My Ny strip was not cooked the way i asked. I wanted medium rare it was medium. The eggs were not cooked over medium they were cooked over easy. I don't think i will order from then again. Also my toast was soggy.

Just too much on the menu to pick from,LOL. Food is cooked when ordered and comes out very hot. Both meals were excellent. Good portions.

Aweful all the way around. We were served our breakfast 20 minutes apart, food was cold and barely edible had to ask for coffee and butter 3x. Should have gone to Waffle house. Tons of servers and runners doing nothing. Would not recommend in any way.

The food was excellent! The wait time was short. Everything from the grits, to the corned beef hash to the raisin bread! Service was great! We have definitely found one of the best breakfast spots in Richmond!

Order French toast. It comes cold and with a hard layer of cinnamon on it. I take a bite to see if it is even edible and it was like taking the cinnamon challenge. I called the server over and asked for fresh with less cinnamon and was told the French Toast was pre-made and they only heated it up. That they couldn't make it fresh. French Toast is one of the quickest and easiest meals to make. Yet they refuse to make it fresh? I paid for the bacon I did eat and left. Won't return here. Too many other options where they know how to cook.

I had the Deluxe Philly Cheese Steak and a glass of Tea. The food was pretty good. The server on the other hand was not so good. The kitchen put the wrong sandwich with the side. My friends end and I corrected the mistake ourselves. No biggie. The server seemed to forget we were there once our food arrived. I put my hand up to get her attention. That didn't work. However after a couple of minutes of me waving my arm back and forth another server alerted our server that we needed her. Smh. I could understand if it was busy but there were only about 7 or 8 tables in the whole place that were occupied.

The Omelette Cafe is a yummy diner! Their fried chicken tastes incredible - not overly breaded and you can tell they use a good spice blend. Waitress was very nice and the diner was clean!

AC was way to cold, Coffee didn't taste like coffee at all, brown warm Water would be better statement. Close to the check out it smelled like sour milk. So all in all, they won't see me again

This place has a TON of potential, but I found it underwhelming. The food was actually really good, but with a few changes to the presentation and preparation it could have been excellent.The salsa was store-bought and served in a disposable plastic cup. Home made salsa is not complicated and serving it in an actual dish would have made a huge impact.Bottom line - the food is good, but don't expect anything outstanding.*edit after second visit*Ordered the western omlette. The eggs? were super thin and the omlette was very greasy. I would not order this again.

Amazing Food!!! Everything was soooo good! We will definitely be back and bring friends! Love it❤❤❤ So fresh and yummy! The service was Wonderful and really nice people. You know it is good when you are texting your friends and sending them pictures of your food.

I did give this establishment a 5 star rating because the food is good and the service was good. Well today I went in and changed my opinion of them. They have always given the spouses if military a discount. I was informed they no longer include the spouses in the discount. What the heck? I don't support businesses that don't include spouses because WE the family member is what supports the military member when they deploy for months at a time. I can remember when spouses left when their military member deployed and the town's became ghost towns. Maybe if they did they they would remember the spouses are part of the reason when they deploy they still stay in business. That is ok I will go where they support the spouses as well as our members of the military. It's a shame because I did like the food and the service. I will continue to make posts every where and tell everyone that they don't support the spouses of our military members. The food and service still is 5 stars.

So I wanted to "support local" so I called in an order for 2 sausage and egg biscuits and a coke for take out. When I got there and received my bill it was $14.20! Yes.....$14.20! I asked the server who brought them out to me if that was correct and she was immediately apologizing for the charge. She said it was an "upcharge" for biscuits. Had no idea Ruth Chris was in the sausage biscuit business but I know now! What a RIP off! And my family totally supported this business in the past. What the he&&?!? Guess its Sunshine for the future.

Grits were milky like definitely don’t get the grits I ordered a shrimp omelet with cheese it was eatable but won’t be back

Me and a friend ordered burgers and started feeling very sick while eating them. I think they need to check their meat, it wasn’t undercooked but could have been spoiled or something because we both are feeling nauseous and our other friends ate different food and are fine.

5 stars for the excellent COVID procedures. All staff in masks at all times. Tables.closed for proper distancing. Pick up procedure. Separate entrance and exit doors. It is all greatly appreciated and nice to see.

First time visitors. S/p COVID 19 reopening. Great social distancing and health safety practices in place. Friendly attentive staff and our food was delivered fast and delicious!! Will definitely come back
